I never intended to become a realtor but after my wife and I lost our residences, I vowed to become proficient in the residential real estate space so that others faced with similar life events such as ours, can know there are other options available.
Early on in my real estate endeavors, I had an incredible mentor out of Tucson, AZ who taught me so much about creative financing in the real estate space.
